What happens when your AI Receptionist doesn't know the answer to questions asked by patients?
Our AI will quickly forward the call to the relevant staff member's extension. During office hours, depending on the emergency, it will either forward the call to 911 or record the conversation for a staff member to review the next day. While this rarely happens due to our AI being well-trained, it ensures that all scenarios are appropriately handled.
Can the AI support different languages like Spanish, Mandarin etc?
